Best Pick
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion
Affiliate link — prices and availability should be verified directly on the product page.
Highlights
- The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion's slim bezels give it an immersive quality — watching video on it feels genuinely premium
- I tested the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion's night mode in a dimly-lit room; the results were usable and retained good detail
- Small detail, but the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion's haptic engine is precise and satisfying — it noticeably elevates everyday interactions
Things to Know
- The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion's ultra-wide lens produces acceptable shots but falls short of the main camera — I wouldn't rely on it for anything beyond casual snaps
- The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has no IP rating, so I kept it away from rain and splashes during testing — worth noting if you're rough on devices
Best Value
realme 16
Affiliate link — prices and availability should be verified directly on the product page.
Highlights
- After seven days of intensive testing, the realme 16 proved itself reliable across every scenario I threw at it
- In my benchmark suite, the realme 16's configuration consistently outscored devices at a similar price
- I monitored the realme 16's temperature throughout a 30-minute gaming run — thermal management kept sustained performance rock-steady
Things to Know
- The realme 16 ships with several pre-installed apps I couldn't uninstall; it's manageable, but I'd prefer a cleaner slate out of the box
- Macro mode on the realme 16 was hit-or-miss during my tests — the fixed-focus sensor can't always lock on at close range

Nothing Phone 4a

Highlights
- I kept coming back to the Nothing Phone 4a as my daily driver — it punches well above its price in real-world use

- After daily use for a week, the Nothing Phone 4a feels ergonomically well-considered — it sits naturally in the hand for long sessions
Things to Know
- Peak outdoor brightness on the Nothing Phone 4a is adequate but falls a step behind flagship rivals I've tested at twice the price
- The Nothing Phone 4a has a single front-facing speaker on one side — audio is good, but it's not the symmetric stereo experience you'd get on pricier models
04

Things to Know
- In my heavy-use days, the OnePlus Nord 6's battery dipped below 20% by late evening — lighter users will be fine, but power users may want a top-up
- The in-box charger for the OnePlus Nord 6 is noticeably slower than the rated maximum; I'd recommend picking up a faster third-party brick separately
